Amel Larrieux’s cover album Lovely Standards is the perfect soundtrack to end the day i’ve had. i woke up this morning at 6-ish and arrived to work at 8:00am.

i enjoyed my day gallery sitting and adored every second of small talk with all the non buying, Art appreciators that came in and i look forward to doing it all again tomorrow. But for now, He’s away, the sun has finally set and it’ll be dark soon so i’m ready to relax… that means Pilates, a liter of Fiji, Ms. Larrieux and a few chapters of Africa, Paris, Greece by Charles Bukowski. 

When i’m finish it should be pitch black, then i can shower and pass out!
